This service may collect, use, and share location data

Apple and our partners and licensees may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your Apple computer or device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP Address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices’ approximate location. Unless you provide consent, this location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by Apple and our partners and licensees to provide and improve location-based products and services. For example, your device may share its geographic location with application providers when you opt in to their location services.</p>

on url, you can see on 4.B the following :
Apple may provide certain services through the Apple Software that rely upon location information.
To provide these services, and to improve our products, services or technologies for you, Apple and
its partners may transmit, collect, maintain, process and use your location data. By using any
location-based services in the Apple Software, you agree and consent to Apple's and its
partners' transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your location data to
provide you with such services and to improve our products, services and technologies. The
location data is collected in a form that does not personally identify you. You may withdraw this
consent at any time by not using the location-based features.

I don't want to be advertised by any service but I can't use the map display on my iPhoto without accepting that.
There is no technical need of giving my GPS datas to Apple to get the view of them on local map ; I only need that Apple share the map background to show it under my photo's pin.

The original point concerned "iLife" Apple products. These are simply the suite of apps offered by Apple, such as iMovie, iPhoto, iTunes, etc. So I wrote a more general point involving Apple's location-tracking policies, and added the relevant case and excerpt.

GPS is truly not working finely in this device because of some errors in it. I hope the developers would work hard to debug this software. I always visit (https://windowsmaximizer.com/driver/updates/vendors/hp)[https://windowsmaximizer.com/driver/updates/vendors/hp] to download updated versions of the drivers. People will quit using these devices if they did not focus on these sorts of errors.
