,If the Contractor confirms the fact of rendering the service not in full, the cost of the service may be recalculated ,with the difference credited to the Client’s personal account. The amount of compensation after recalculation may ,not exceed the cost of services rendered during the year prior to the Client’s claim.,8. Force majeure,8.1. The parties shall not be liable for nonfulfillment (improper fulfillment) of their obligations hereunder, if such ,nonfulfillment (improper fulfillment) has been caused by a force majeure.
