The legal remedies outlined in Clause 13.4 and Clause 21.4b) constitute all legal remedies available to Customer in relation to a Service Disruption and any failure by Appbox to meet the agreed Service Levels.</p> <p>18.6 Should Appbox be liable in spite of the provisions set out above in this Sales Contract or the Services Specifications, this liability is limited to the amount that is in the relevant case paid out by the general liability insurance of Appbox and shall in no case exceed the amount of Service Fees paid by Customer to Appbox with respect to the twelve (12) month period prior to the event or events giving rise to such liability.</p> <p>
