While the PP was updated 08/08/2020 to notify users of a pending merger allowing them to remove accounts/user content. I think in any business transaction it would be nearly impossible to "promise" the new entity would follow current TOS or PP.
To that extent I set the status of this to "declined" since I don't see a way to remove it. Thanks
