10. TERM AND TERMINATION. Subject to this Section, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or Services. We may suspend your rights to use the Site and/or Services (including your 420A3.com Account) for any violation of this Agreement. Users retain the right to protest any suspension providing proof of non-violation of this Agreement. User may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination of this Agreement, your 420A3.com Account and right to access and use the Site and Services will terminate immediately.
