</ol> <p>The provisions of this Agreement concerning protection of proprietary rights, grant of license, restrictions, access and use charges, warranty and disclaimers, release, limitations of liability, indemnification, and arbitration and disputes, as well as any other provisions that by their nature are designed to survive, shall survive any such termination.</p> <p>
