You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without our written consent.</p> <ol start="20"> <li><strong>RELEASE:</strong></li> </ol> <p>Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, you hereby release Mango and our Affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and related companies as well as our agents, suppliers, service providers, contractors and retailers and its and their successors (collectively, “Releasees”) from all claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind, including personal injuries, death, and property damage, that is either directly or indirectly related to or arises from any interactions with third-party websites of any kind, arising in connection with or as a result of the Terms of Service or your use of the Mango Products.
