https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/tosdr/DRj4SuDbnP8/3aCrTkZZUJkJ Newsblur is a feed reader which allows for easy OPML import & export,
also Google reader import: http://newsblur.com
On top of that, it’s free software (MIT) https://github.com/samuelclay/NewsBlur
Also, you only need a username to use the service. Password and email
are completely optional, which is good for anonymity.

Curator here. There's nothing in the terms that currently supports this assertion. The comments in the google group indicate that the service allows for "easy OPML import & export," but I don't believe this conforms to how we currently view user access to data archives, especially since it's unacknowledged in the terms. Marking as declined for now.
