You warrant that you will not create, store, submit, or otherwise provide on or through the service any content that</p> <br> <ul> <li>is abusive, harassing, hateful, offensive, threatening, or otherwise violates any law or infringes upon the rights of any third party (including copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other personal or proprietary rights);</li> <li>in Mimo's sole judgment, is explicit or objectionable, damages, exploits, or otherwise impairs the services in any way. or</li> <li>may expose Mimo or any third party to harm or liabilities of any kind.</li>
