You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords, usernames and e-mail addresses provided to the Company. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur on your account. The Company is not liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else's misuse of your account or password, either with or without your knowledge. Furthermore, you may be liable for losses incurred by the Company, its affiliates, representatives, agents or assigns due to someone else using your account or password.
