<br> You are responsible for i) ensuring confidentiality of your organization’s username, password, and other sensitive information. ii) appointing competent individuals as administrators for managing your organization’s account. and iii) ensuring that all activities that occur in connection with your organization’s account comply with this Agreement. You understand that Private-Mail is not responsible for account administration and internal management of the Digital Services for you, and that your entire organization, including all of its users, agree to be and are bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our DMCA policy, and all future modifications or amendments to same.&nbsp. </p> <p> <strong>Maintaining Confidentiality of Your Username and Password</strong> </p> <p>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other sensitive information.&nbsp. You are responsible for all activities that occur with your account, username, or password, even if those activities were not authorized by you.
