You agree that any such suspension, deactivation or termination for the foregoing reasons may be effected without prior notice to you and that Pluralsight will not be liable to you or any third party for any deactivation of your account or termination of your Plan.</p> <p>(b)&nbsp;<u>Your Right of Termination</u>.&nbsp;Your Plan may be cancelled at any time via your user account settings page, by calling +1 (801) 784-9007, or by emailing&nbsp;support@pluralsight.com. If you cancel your Plan by any method, your plan will remain active to the end of your then-current Term to the extent your fees are paid and these Terms of Use will continue in effect and will govern such Term until its expiration or earlier termination as set forth in Section 11(a). If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your subscription, your sole right and exclusive remedy is to termination your Plan. Your obligation to pay fees continues through the end of the Term during which you cancel your Plan.</p> <p>(c)&nbsp;<u>No Refunds</u>.&nbsp;ll portions of the fees paid, whether paid monthly or annually, are <i>completely non-refundable</i>. Exceptions for extenuating circumstances may be considered by emailing support@pluralsight.com;&nbsp;however, we are in no way required to refund you any portion of the fees paid.&nbsp.
