We will not be bound by any term, condition or other provision which is different from or in addition to the provisions of this Agreement (whether or not it would materially alter this Agreement).&nbsp. If the terms of this document are inconsistent with the terms contained in any Policy, the terms contained in this document will control.</p> <p>11.11 Survival.&nbsp.
