All moneys then due to Publisher will be paid during the next billing cycle. The representations, warranties and obligations contained in Sections 10, 13, and 14 shall remain in full force and effect after termination of this Agreement. In addition, all payment obligations accruing prior to the termination date shall survive until fully performed.
