This paragraph shall survive termination or expiry of the Agreement.</p> <p>10.2. The Data Controller shall have the option at any time to pause their account rather than terminate it. In these circumstances, the Protected Data will not be deleted but will be retained on behalf of the Data Controller until the Agreement expires or is terminated.</p>
