If there is a conflict between it and any translated version, the English version controls.<br> <br> <strong>1.17.4 &nbsp;Severability </strong> <br> If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, <strong>the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.</strong> <br> <br> <strong>1.17.5 &nbsp;Survival </strong> <br> Although you or we can terminate this Agreement, some terms will continue to apply after termination. These terms include, but are not limited to, the provisions regarding dispute resolution (subsection 1.3), disclaimer of warranties (subsection 1.6), limitations of liability (subsection 1.7), indemnification (subsection 1.8), and governing law (subsection 1.12).<br> <br> <strong>1.17.6 &nbsp;Entire Agreement </strong> <br> This Agreement constitutes our entire agreement and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings between us, either written or oral.
