Any fees paid to Bountysource are non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.</p> <p>6.6&nbsp;<strong>Intellectual Property Rights</strong>. Bountysource is not the author or owner of any Solutions or other code developed in connection with a Bounty or Fundraiser.
