Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement or an applicable Order Form, the license to the Docker Platform will automatically terminate and Customer will discontinue all use of the Docker Platform. Sections 4.4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, and 14 shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or any Order Form.</p>
