Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Use will be effective only if it is in writing and signed by Mucho Movies and you. Nothing contained in the Terms of Use will constitute, or enable the development of a joint venture, partnership or any other employee/employer or independent contractor relationship or any other commercial relationship (except as seller and customer) between you and Mucho Movies. The provisions of the Terms of Use, which by their nature should survive expiration or termination of the Terms of Use, will survive such termination.
