Surviving Terms. <p>The Agreement is effective until your member account, if applicable, is deactivated by either you or Credit Karma and you discontinue all use of our Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any section of the Agreement that by its nature is intended to survive termination of the Agreement or your use or access to our Services or our Content will survive such termination.</p>
