The provisions of Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13.C, 14 and 15 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement and/or a SOW for any reason.</li> <li> <strong>Counterparts</strong>.This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same Agreement. Transmission of an executed counterpart of this SOW (but for the avoidance of doubt not just a signature page) by fax or email (in PDF, JPEG or other agreed format) shall take effect as delivery of an executed counterpart of this SOW.
