MISCELLANEOUS<ol> <li>This section, and all previous sections whose terms apply after these Terms end will survive any termination or &nbsp;cancellation &nbsp;of &nbsp;these &nbsp;Terms. &nbsp;To &nbsp;the &nbsp;extent &nbsp;permitted &nbsp;by &nbsp;applicable &nbsp;law, &nbsp;we &nbsp;may &nbsp;assign &nbsp;these &nbsp;Terms, subcontract our obligations under these Terms, or sublicense our rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you.
