Regardless of how,the Agreement is terminated, Customer agrees to pay any outstanding balances that are due,and payable (including any minimum commitments established by a Gather Order Form) and,under no circumstances will Gather issue a refund for prepaid Services. In any case, all sections,of this Services Agreement which by their nature should survive termination will survive,termination.,5.3.Return of Customer ContentUpon termination, Gather reserves the right (but incurs no,obligation) to delete any Customer Content contained with a Virtual Space, or any Virtual Space,itself.
