Upon any termination of these Terms, we will remove stored in IDrive backup and/or IDrive sync data files from main storage and archives immediately. Paragraphs 12, 13, 16, 17, 18 and 19 of these Terms (and any other provision that can be reasonably construed to survive termination) will survive termination of these Terms. </p>
