Section 2.2, Section 3, and Section 4 through Section 9 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement and, except for any claim arising directly or indirectly from Section 3 or Section 4 of this Agreement, a party must file a claim arising directly or indirectly from the remainder of this Agreement no later than two (2) years after the claim accrued.</p> </li>
