The provisions of Articles 5 (to the extent that the Fee is unpaid), 6.2, 7.2, 8.3, 9, 10, 11.2, 11.4, 11.5, 12 through 14, and 18 through 22 shall survive the expiration or termination of the Terms and remain in full force and effect.</p>
