This Agreement will be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and to their respective successors and assigns.<br> <br> h. No Endorsement. You understand and acknowledge that Dynu Systemsis not certifying nor endorsing, and have no obligation to certify or endorse, any program or service provided by You to others.<br> <br> i. Relationship. The performance by Dynu Systems of its duties and obligations under this Agreement and shall be that of an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement shall create or imply an agency relationship between Dynu Systems and Client, nor will the Agreement be deemed to constitute a joint venture or partnership between the parties hereto.<br> <br> j. Survival. The respective rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement, regardless of the reasons for its expiration or termination, if they should by law or by their nature ordinarily be deemed to survive, including, but not limited to, Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17 hereof.<br> <br> k.
