(i) all your rights under this Agreement immediately terminate;</p> <p>(ii) each party remains responsible for all fees and charges it has incurred through the Termination Date and are responsible for any fees and charges it incurs during the post-termination period;</p> <p>(iii) Sections 3, 4, 6.3, 7 (except the license granted to you in Section 7.2), 8, 9, 10, 11 and 14 will continue to apply in accordance with their terms.</p> <p>
