TERM AND TERMINATION <p>Subject to this Section, these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while you use the Sites or Services. We may (a) suspend or terminate your rights to use the Sites or Services (including your Company Account) or parts thereof, or, (b) terminate these Terms of Use, at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including for any use of the Sites or Services in violation of these Terms of Use. Upon termination of these Terms of Use, your Company Account and right to access and use the Sites and Services will terminate immediately. You understand and agree that any termination of your Company Account involves deletion of your User Content associated therewith from our live databases. The Company will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any termination of these Terms of Use, including for termination of your Company Account or deletion of your User Content. Even after these Terms of Use are terminated, the following provisions will remain in effect: Sections 3.2, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 12.2.</p> 11.
