11.5 <i>Survival.</i> The provisions of this Agreement, which by their nature are intended to survive after termination or expiration of this Agreement shall so survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement regardless of the reason or reasons therefore.</p> <p> </p> <p>11.6 <i>Freedom of Action.</i> Either party is free to enter into similar agreements with others and may design, develop, manufacture, acquire or market competitive products or services. Either party may assign and re-assign its employees in any way it may choose and neither party is restricted in any way from hiring or soliciting employees of the other.</p> <p> </p> <p>
