br>‍<strong>Indemnification.<br> <br>Defense.</strong> <br>At Teal’s option and request, you will defend Teal, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (the “Teal Parties”) from any actual or threatened third-party claim, proceeding, or suit arising out of or based on (1) your breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant in these Terms, (2) use of the Service in a manner not authorized under these Terms, (3) any and all claims and actions against Teal by other parties to whom you allow access to the Service (each, a “Claim”).
