In addition, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wagtopia, and its respective its affiliates, and licensors and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, representatives, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting directly or indirectly from:  (a) your use of the PetVetMD or Services accessed or used by you, including any acts or omissions taken in reliance on the Services.
