Indemnification and Release <p>You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE DAYBREAK ENTITIES from and against any and all liability, losses, damages, and expenses including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred in connection with or in any way relating to any claim arising out of any breach by you of the DAYBREAK Terms of Service and/or DAYBREAK end user license agreement and/or your use of ANY DAYBREAK GAME(S).
