23. <strong>Indemnification.</strong> Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Suddenlink Parties from and against any and all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related in any way to the use of the Service and Equipment by Customer or otherwise arising out of the use of Customer's account or any equipment or facilities in connection therewith, or the use of any other products or services provided by Suddenlink to Customer.
