Moovweb will defend Customer from and against any third-party claim to the extent alleging that the Service, when used by Customer as authorized in this Agreement, infringes a third party’s U.S. patent, copyright, trademark or trade secret, and will indemnify and hold harmless Customer against any damages or costs awarded against Customer (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or agreed in settlement by Moovweb resulting from the claim.</p> <p> <strong>15.2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong> <em>Indemnification by Customer</em>.
