All fees are as set forth in the applicable Order Form and will be paid by Customer within thirty (30) days of invoice, unless (a) Customer is paying via Credit Card (as defined below) or (b) otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form. Except as expressly set forth in Section 9 (Limited Warranty) and Section 14 (Indemnification), all fees are non-refundable.
