tos-dr.info should spell this out for visitors even if it is quoted under "A user can voluntarily cancel their account at any time"

http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/

Section:

B. Termination by You.

"Subscriptions are not transferable, and even if your access to a Subscription for a particular game or application is terminated, the original activation key will not be able to be registered to any other account, even if the game or application was purchased in a retail store. I don't think the bundling is such a big issue, but the subscription model is, you pay for the ability to play games, you don't become owner of a copy of that software. That's similar to how Spotify gives you access to music, but that access disappears when you cancel your Spotify account.

setting to draft, mainly because I can't see a point like this being applicable to other services, so I don't know how to create a generalized case for reviewing it.
