You are responsible for, and will indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successor and assigns, harmless from and against any claims arising out of your responsibilities or failure to comply with this Agreement, or your failure to use the Service as intended.</li>
