You further agree not to upload to the Service any data or software that cannot be exported without prior written government authorization.</p> 4. Use of the Service <p>Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sub-licensable, revocable, license to use the Service solely for your personal, noncommercial use, and as set forth in this Agreement, provided that (a) you will not alter or modify any part of the Service other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose, (b) you will not copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service in any medium, and (c) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
