(d) Use Moonton's Material to register any social media account, domain name or any account or service in a similar nature;</p> <p>(e) Register any graphics, text and names related to Moonton and Moonton’s game in terms of trademark, copyright, patent, etc., in any country or region;</p> <p>(f) Expressly or implicitly show or promote any third party's content in the Derivative Content, such as third party's products, websites, applications, games, etc.</p> <p>5. You hereby agree to transfer the worldwide ownership, copyright, trademark right, patent right and other related rights and interests of the Derivative Content to Moonton. In the event that the foregoing is not applicable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to grant Moonton an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, permanent and worldwide license to Moonton to publish, use, and exploit the Derivative Content in any way for whatever purpose.
