You consent and grant to the Omada Parties a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide right and license to use, license, modify, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, transmit, edit, distribute, perform, display, communicate publicly, create derivative works of, and otherwise use any User Submissions and incorporate any User Submissions in other works in any form, media, or technology, in each case, subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Notice of HIPAA Privacy Practices.
