By sharing User Content via Shazam (and any Third Party Application and/or Sites), you grant to us during the entire period of protection of your intellectual property rights associated with such content and material, a world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, translate, reproduce, transmit or distribute, or an equivalent right to use, the User Content via Shazam (and any other Third Party Applications and/or Sites).
