<ol> <li>By submitting material to TWC or the Services, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which you hereby acknowledge, you automatically grant, or warrant that the owner of such material has expressly granted, to TWC, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, its contractors, and its licensees, the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, publicly perform, publicly display, prepare derivative works from, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, transmit, reformat, and sublicense such material (in whole or in part, directly or indirectly) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, manner, media or technology now known or hereafter devised.
