When you submit User Content through the Services you automatically grant to us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up, transferable, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) license to distribute, transmit, copy, host, publicly display and perform, excerpt, index, tag, modify, adapt, sell, create derivative works from, and otherwise use and exploit such User Content in any media, form or format now known or hereafter developed, both within and outside of the Medscape Network for any purpose that is consistent with the Medscape Privacy Policy.
