Either party may terminate the Agreement (i)<strong> </strong>if the other party breaches its material obligations and fails to cure within 30 days of receipt of written notice, or (ii) if the other party becomes insolvent or bankrupt, liquidated or is dissolved, or ceases substantially all of its business, and we may suspend access or terminate immediately if you breach Section 1.2, 4 or 5.

LastPass has the right (though not the obligation) to, in LastPass' sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in LastPass' reasonable opinion, violates any LastPass policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in LastPass' sole discretion.
