In the Terms of Use, it is stated that by posting "User Submission(s) to Brilliant, or displaying, publishing, or otherwise posting any content on or through the Sites or the Service," the user grants Brilliant a license that is "sublicensable and transferable" for Brilliant to be able to "reproduce, distribute, modify (such as by editing or otherwise creating derivatives), display, and perform the User Submission(s)."
