The privacy policy is formatted nicely, however the Licence Terms headers have no formatting or capitalization to distinguish them from the actual terms. I do like that both documents are in readable English and not Esq./QC type.

I could not find the case for the terms of service not being easy to read. If it is there, the inaccessibility of drop menus to Ctrl-F search, a UI problem, might be the real issue. It may also be badly classified in the case list.
