When changes are made to this Agreement, We will make a new copy of the Agreement available by posting on Our Site or through the Services. We will also update the "Last Revised" date at the top of the Agreement. If We make any material changes, and You have registered to use the Services, We may also notify you via email or through the Services. Changes will be effective immediately for new users and will be effective ten (10) days after posting notice of such changes on the Site for existing users.
