This Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and, will remain in effect for one (1) year and will automatically renew for additional one (1) year renewal terms unless either Party provides the other Party with written notice of its intent not to renew the Agreement at least 60 days prior to the end of the then-current term.</p> <p>11.2. &nbsp;<strong>Termination for Convenience</strong>.&nbsp;Either party may terminate this Agreement, effective as of the last day of a calendar month, by providing 60 days’ prior notice.</p> <p>11.3. &nbsp;<strong>Termination for Cause</strong>.
