8.1 <em>Term.</em> This Agreement will begin on the effective date and continue for the period as outlined on the Order Form (the <em>"<strong>Initial Term</strong>"</em>). 8.2 <em>Renewal.</em> This Agreement will automatically renew for successive additional terms of the same length to the Initial Term (each a <em>"<strong>Renewal Term</strong>"</em>) unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Agreement or either party gives the other party written notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
